I liked this book. It seems pretty simple if you have a juicer you could do this. This book tries not to get in to too much details about the icky stuff, while still telling you why things are important.

This year is a must for us to make some changes in our lives.
Hubby is 45 years old and deamed disabled and has heart issues and needs to change his eating.

Exercising a bit more, trying to eat healthier. I'm about to start walking again now the weather is getting nicer. I have been doing the wii fit for a fun way to exercise, along with yoga etc off the fit.
