I was just looking at my followers, blogs and profiles. I saw the four did not have a email visible or a blog so if they do win something no one has a way to contact them.
You have to enable or active your email on your blogger profile, that is the only way someone can contact you. Go check you profile It will only take a minute.

I had to pass on a couple of giveaway participants b/c they didn't have an email address showing. :(
A profile can be private, yet their email address visible when commenting—hence, a way of contact.
