break pal review and giveaway

I always mean to exercise everyday but I always forget. I just let it slip. A couple of month's ago I had this idea my friend bri and i will call each other every day and exercise while talking on the phone. we got busy things got pushed aside and didnt do.

Break Pal is awesome and makes sure I don't forget or get pushed aside.
What is break pal?
Break pal pop ups on your computer screen and remind you to exercise Every 30 minutes (or whatever time interval you set it to go off at)
Each exercise break is only 1 to 4 minutes.

So I am blogging and i get this thing pops on my screen I get to choose what exercise i want to do I pick Pull Twist from Chair that is only 1:44

I love break pal it has videos so you know how to do the exercise and can work out beside liz.
They are short so you do it and get it over. They are easy and the time you exercise really adds up

You get points every time you exercise and there is a leader broad so you can see everyone else points
For $9.95 a month, you get access to a widget that you can download to your computer PC and Mac compatible. You can customize the timer on the widget for 1 At the specified time, Liz, the site owner and trainer, pops up and says, “It’s time to workout, are you ready?”

Break pal is letting me giveaway two lifetime memberships just go to break pal and tell me something that you learned

going first because no one likes to go first.
I learned All of the exercises are non-impact. This makes them not only quiet but also easy on your joints.

fifteen three minute workshops are just like doing one grueling 45 minutes workshop is what I learned at the site.

Liz shared what "secretary spread" is. ;)

This concept of working out at the computer/desk is brilliant.

Thanks for the chance!
